Axnosis Implementation Methodology (AIM) is our way of working. Method in the madness. Over the years we have collaborated with many technologies, customers and partners. We had formal training and were certified on implementation methodologies. Subsequently we have stream-lined our approach accordingly. This includes portions of "old" Microsoft SureStep.
We make extensive use of Lifecycle Services (LCS). LCS is a Microsoft collaboration portal that provides a formal unifying mechanism, along with a set of services (regularly updated), to help us manage the project lifecycle. In addition, for tracking requests, configurations, test cases, and results, we use Azure DevOps.
We also make use of SharePoint, a seamless web-based collaboration tool for Office 365 documents, lists, libraries, and more. Securely sync and share content with SharePoint. Streamline teamwork with dynamic, customisable team sites and share files and more.
